Human Resources Specialist
Your tasks:
- Independently prepare and follow up on the monthly payroll in collaboration with our external partner
- Maintain and update all payroll-related data in our HR systems
- Create and edit employment contracts and contract amendments
- Coordinate and manage the application and update of work permits
- Generate HR reports and evaluations and support the time tracking system
- Support employees and executives with HR-related issues
- Participate in the introduction and implementation of automation solutions in the HR area
Your profile:
- Initial experience in payroll or in a comparable HR service position
- Ideally knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems
- Very good knowledge of labor law and understanding of local regulations
- Excellent German language skills as well as secure communication in English (verbal and written)
- High accuracy and structured working method with an eye for detail
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Openness to new technologies and tools, especially in the low-code/no-code area
- Willingness to further develop
