Senior Reliability Engineer

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with component package development and operations teams to build reliability test plans for GPUs, Servers, Data Centers, Automotive products, and more.
  • Develop new reliability methodologies and modeling for IC packages and GPU modules tailored to brand new applications.
  • Review and boost reliability for different mechanical parts and the most recent thermal cooling innovations.
  • Coordinate and carry out packaging reliability testing in both internal and external laboratories.
  • Lead failure analysis and coordinate root cause investigation together with cross-functional internal and external groups.

What We Need To See:

  • BS/MS in related areas such as physical engineering, mechanical, materials, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in reliability engineering related to electronic packaging and modules.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with electronic packaging, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
  • Experience with advanced AI or similar expertise in reliability modeling tools.
  • Understanding of reliability requirements for various IC packages.
  • Proficiency in using DfR and/or FEA tools.
  • Expertise in failure analysis for electronics products and components.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
