What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with team members across the org & company to continuously innovate DevOps strategy based on their evolving needs.
• Python, Jenkins/Ansible/Kubernetes and other infra setups/maintenances, data visualisation tools - Elastic and new technical explorations as project requires
• DevOps - Branch/Repo management, Metrics and Dashboards, Exploration and embedding AI across services (AI adoption)
• Build/Develop/Maintain new and existing in-house applications/solutions using AI/Automations in order to improve turnaround time and the quality of services provided to internal teams
• Lead, Explore and Deliver new solutions proactively with other team members
• Innovating and suggesting new processes and workflows to the team.

What We Need To See:

• 8+ years of demonstrated ability in leading and architecting DevOps platforms, workflows, and pipelines.
• Strong/quick problem solving and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Mongo, Unix, Jenkins/K8s setups, Dev Processes (code coverage and SonarQube)
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), Git and Perforce
• Experience in data pipelines setup via Kafka, Filebeat and visualizing using tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, Tableau.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
• Able to lead cross-geo initiatives successfully and promote one team culture
• Good social and interpersonal skills.
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech degree, or equivalent experience.
