Technical Professional Service Team Manager

We are presently seeking an exceptionally skilled and top-tier Technical Professional Service Team Manager to become a valuable addition to our Professional Services team at NVIDIA. In this role, you will be essential in managing and leading the technical field team to ensure the successful execution of sophisticated service programs for our AI Factory customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, hardware and software engineers, and project managers. Your primary goal will be to plan, prioritize, and advise the work of our PS technical teams involved in the installation associated with our service delivery projects to further exceptional customer experiences and drive projects to successful completion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, organize, review, and evaluate team activities for NVIDIA Professional Services projects.
  • Optimize project workflows using high-performance computing (HPC) in data centers, efficiently prioritizing and distributing workloads across large-scale clusters.
  • Undertake diverse, sophisticated tasks with significant accountability.
  • Leverage advanced computing resources for complex tasks, implementing powerful HPC technologies to enhance project sophistication.
  • Demonstrate effective team leadership, directing day-to-day activities while ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Oversee daily operations, optimizing data center resources and ensuring adherence to HPC guidelines.
  • Provide leadership in the development and execution of critical initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance HPC capabilities. Drive projects applying data center resources for simulation and modeling, staying abreast of HPC advancements.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration (with a focus on IT management)
  • 5+ years of management experience and 10+ overall years of experience in datacenter operations, deployments, and management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in planning and evaluating project activities. Effective coordination and performance supervision skills.
  • Specialized task proficiency with the capability to solve intricate tasks with a sense of responsibility.
  • Decision-making skills aligned with established standards and requirements.
  • Independence, initiative, and discretion in responsibilities while maintaining professional-level resourcefulness.
  • Commitment to excellence in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Keen attention to detail and effective communication with collaborators, including other departments.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation while developing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
