Director, Partner Success Operations

As leader of Partner Success Effectiveness and Enablement, you will be responsible for leading Nuvei's Partner Success Effectiveness and Enablement organization for all Nuvei partners. The role will work to ensure the Partner Success organization, including management of all Nuvei's partner accounts, including the top strategic, high value and complex partners are delivered in alignment with that partner's objectives and key strategies and Nuvei service level objectives. This role includes all responsibilities for Partner Success activities (e.g., process management and efficiency, workforce quality and capacity planning, automation and AI). This position will work to continuously refine processes to enable our employees and partners to have the best experience possible. Additional focus will be on leading employees consistent with Nuvei shared values and developing talent that benefits the employees, partners and Nuvei alike.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead, mentor and empower a Partner Support team of Partner Support Managers.
• Lead, mentor and empower the Partner Success team responsible for B2B VAR partners and premium ISVs.
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Partner Success Effectiveness and Enablement team while assisting the other leaders within Partner Success to find and achieve streamlined and well documented processes that will drive results that benefit employees, partners and Nuvei.
• Own and manage process efficiency, automation, optimization opportunities across all of Partner Success, including identifying and executing on ideas to manage to cost efficiency targets.
• Drive AI adoption into Partner Success organization by developing an AI strategy, aligning stakeholders and executing to plan while managing to budget.
• Lead, mentor and empower a team that owns the end-to-end process for both Partner Success Management and Partner Support Management, including creating, tracking and reporting on KPIs.
• Develop, lead and manage a workforce capacity program across both Partner Success and Partner Support to drive optimal allocation of capacity across both organizations.
• Lead and own the monthly Partner Success Scorecard Review process which includes data collection, analysis, content creation and facilitation of the monthly meeting to review data and determine proactive steps to improve Partner Success organizational performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to support partners in regions outside of North America.
• Own process, system and people alignment from previous (and future) acquisitions to optimize organizational structure, providing more efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Understand partner ecosystems, partner business models, needs of partners and Nuvei solutions to uncover opportunities and craft partner specific solutions to support them operationally.

Requirements:

• BA in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 15+ years management experience, including 10+ years managing process effectiveness teams
• Adept at engaging with, influencing, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building.
• Strong empathy for employees, partners and passion for revenue and growth.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
• 10+ years of direct experience in financial services or similar industries.
• Have worked in and understand the challenges and opportunities around supporting indirect in North America.
