We are currently 9 team members including 2 student helpers, with different backgrounds, experiences and skills. We work agile, and we are responsible for and develop large IT and business projects across the organization.

The job as a ServiceNow developer at TDC Erhverv involves a number of important tasks and responsibilities and requires:

  • Insight and understanding for design and development of solutions in ServiceNow as well as experience with integrations to and from ServiceNow.
  • You must be able and have interest in analyzing, understanding needs and advising at all levels of the business; from technician to seller to management level. Furthermore, you must have interest in challenging these stakeholders constructively based on your knowledge and experience, when you think it makes sense.
  • Even though you have experience with design and development of ServiceNow solutions, you must also be able to take on an agnostic approach to system choice – if a solution does not make sense to have in ServiceNow, you must be able to advise on that.
  • You must have an interest in keeping up to date on the ServiceNow platform in broad terms, so that you are part of ensuring that we are working with the latest technologies and following the latest standards.
  • You must be structured and advocate for the technical development to be carried out according to best practice, so that the solutions become robust and effective.
  • You must have realized that technical solutions go hand in hand with processes and workflows – the solution does not exist exclusively in a technical solution, and therefore you must be process aware and be able to advise and define improvements from a process focus.

We are looking for you who thrives with development tasks of different character, has good business understanding and can identify and design the right solution based on the specific problem and need. You thrive in an ambitious development environment, and have extensive experience with digital transformations and ServiceNow as a whole.

It is expected that you:

  • Have in-depth platform and module knowledge, so that you can advise on cohesive solutions that ensure a red digital thread throughout the value chain, as our use of ServiceNow goes deep
  • Have in-depth understanding and experience with service management concepts and functionality, as well as ITIL
  • Are curiosity and have interest in diving deep when you do not necessarily understand all the complex processes that need to be supported, but that you are willing to engage in the things you do not understand, to solve them as best as possible

Furthermore we are looking in a candidate specifically for:

  • That you excel in scripting and coding in ServiceNow, JavaScript and HTML
  • That you have experience in breaking down business needs into user stories with both high-level architecture and low-level design detailing
  • That you have a good business understanding, are analytical and structured around that
  • That you have experience with agile methods and thrive in working this way
  • That you are by nature a team player, ready to join the ambitious and skilled team
  • That you have a solid technical understanding, especially in IT architecture and digital technologies
  • That you have the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • That you have good collaboration skills, are a good communicator, fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing, and have a positive and constructive approach to new problems and tasks
  • Relevant university degree is not a requirement, but a benefit

Furthermore it would be an advantage if you:

  • Have experience from an implementation partner, as an external consultant
  • Are well-versed in workspaces via UI builder
  • Have experience or motivation to become responsible for the agile ceremonies
  • Have in-depth platform and module knowledge, so that you can advise on cohesive solutions that ensure a red digital thread throughout the value chain, as our use of ServiceNow goes deep
  • Have in-depth understanding and experience with service management concepts and functionality, as well as ITIL
  • Are curiosity and have interest in diving deep when you do not necessarily understand all the complex processes that need to be supported, but that you are willing to engage in the things you do not understand, to solve them as best as possible
