El Customer Service Representative se encarga de la atenci贸n telef贸nica, gesti贸n de los clientes, gesti贸n de pedidos y grabaci贸n de datos.
Responsabilidades:
- Introducci贸n de datos de pedidos
- Procesamiento de datos de pedidos
- Grabaci贸n de datos de pedidos
- Tramitaci贸n de incidencias
- Gesti贸n de control de stock
- Comprobaci贸n de facturas
- Atenci贸n al cliente
Requisitos:
- FP en Administraci贸n, Atenci贸n al Cliente y/ o similar
- Experiencia previa de 3 a帽os en Sector Industrial/ Gran Consumo
- Conocimientos en M3
- Valorables otras lenguas (catal谩n, gallego, ingl茅s...)
