Customer Service Coordinator

About the Position: Relevant to the director of customer service, this person will work closely with the customer service team, other internal departments, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for managing feed programs
• Follow up with various departments of the company (sales, production, and supplies)
• Enter information into the order processing software
• Ensure to investigate, understand, and respond adequately to client and representative requests
• Perform follow-ups with various clients
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• College diploma in a related discipline and/or relevant experience;
• Possess 3 to 5 years of customer service experience;
• Be customer service-oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
• Have a keen eye for detail, work quickly and accurately;
• Have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with others;
• Demonstrate leadership and be able to rally colleagues towards a common goal;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Outlook, intermediate Excel required);
• Have a good learning capacity;
• Easily work with multiple systems at the same time;
• Fluency in both French and English is essential both orally and in writing
