Client Service Specialist Css
NurseCore is hiring a Client Service Specialist to support staffing, recruiting, and non-clinical operations for healthcare facilities and home care patients in Fort Worth.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Assign staff to open shifts and manage schedules
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified field employees
- Maintain and grow client relationships; resolve service issues
- Coordinate home care referrals and ensure proper documentation
- Support branch growth through administrative and sales tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of college preferred
- 1+ year in service industry; home health experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and office technology
Job Details
- Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends)
- Local travel required
- Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
