We're looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented Senior Manager, People Operations to scale the programs, tools, and data infrastructure that power our People team and enable Nuro to grow with clarity and speed. Reporting to the Head of People, this role is a key member of the People leadership team and plays a critical part in building and running the operational engine that supports every team at Nuro.
You'll lead our Workday HRIS strategy, own people reporting and KPIs, manage immigration processes, and drive People-wide programs—from service delivery to systems training to dashboards. You'll also partner closely with Total Rewards on compensation cycles, benefits administration, open enrollment, and merit planning, as well as support performance management cycles and company-wide engagement programs.
This is a pivotal role as we move from R&D into commercialization and production. You'll be responsible for ensuring the strategy, infrastructure, insights, and tools are in place to support a growing, fast-moving company.
At Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $152,000 and $228,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
