We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Commercial / Mid-Market) to lead and grow our mid-market AE team. You'll manage a team of 5+ AEs and own the mid-market revenue segment, helping us scale a velocity-based sales motion and unlock revenue from high-potential accounts. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership — from coaching reps and building repeatable processes to forecasting, experimentation, and working cross-functionally with GTM and product.
