Job Overview: As a Service Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service, warranty, and maintenance needs. You will ensure every customer receives exceptional service while helping streamline the service scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers via phone and online chat to schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Outstanding Customer Service: Deliver a personalized experience by addressing customer needs, providing relevant information, and ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Efficient Service Coordination: Uncover customer needs, create service packets, check parts availability, and book appointments accurately and promptly.
  • Streamlined Operations: Work efficiently to maintain an organized, high-performing service scheduling process that supports the service department.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all customer information is correctly captured and updated in our system.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive, team-based work culture, while maintaining a focus on individual performance goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay open to learning new skills and approaches to better serve customers and improve team performance.
  • Adaptability: Stay calm and effective while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, adjusting to the changing demands of the day.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a high-volume scheduling environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
    • Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
    • Motivated and driven to meet service goals and targets
    • Experience with Google Docs, efficient typing and writing skills
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
