Automotive Sales Associate
Location: Allentown, PA
We are seeking an optimistic, energetic, and driven Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity to become a part of one of the largest dealerships, in sales, in Pennsylvania. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele. Our Management Team provides top-level training and support. Auto experience is preferred but not necessary, training will be provided to the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications.
- Provide our customers with top notch service and professionalism throughout the sales process to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
- Quality customer service skills.
- Good sales track record.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic.
- Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
- Computer literate and have basic math skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Valid driver's license along with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain a PA Sales License.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
