IT Supporter For Nordic ServiceDesk

We are seeking a dedicated and independent employee for our ServiceDesk in Denmark to assist our customer, Royal Greenland. NTT DATA Business Solutions is a global and innovative IT partner with more than 5,500 customers worldwide. You will become part of our Nordic organization, which counts around 600 dedicated employees. In our ServiceDesk team, we work closely together to deliver professional and effective support to our customers every day.

As an IT supporter in our ServiceDesk, you will be a key person in the daily operations. You will have a versatile role with both hands-on tasks in the office and support for customers via phone, mail, and on-site. Your contribution is crucial for our customers' IT solutions to function smoothly, and you will be an important part of a team where collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand. Your tasks will include:

  • Ensuring a stable and well-functioning IT operation in the office in Svenstrup.
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support to users via phone, mail, and on-site.
  • Handling onboarding of new employees and ensuring their IT setup works from day one.
  • Monitoring systems and contributing to maintaining high IT security.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs, workstations, and other equipment.
  • Supporting both hardware and software.
  • Actively participating in the improvement and optimization of our IT processes and workflows.

Team and working hours: You will become part of a dedicated and helpful ServiceDesk team that works closely together across locations. The team covers support from 08:00 to 19:00 and works in the following shifts:

  • 08:00–16:00 – Team in Svenstrup
  • 11:00–19:00 – Team in Nuuk

There may be future opportunities for travel to our offices in both Europe and Greenland, depending on needs and interest.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with IT support in a professional context.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, Windows 10/11/Server, Office 365 & possibly CapaSystems.
  • An independent and structured approach to tasks and the ability to take responsibility for solving them.
  • Good communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and verbally.
  • A service-minded, flexible, and solution-oriented work attitude.
  • A self-driven nature, passion for IT support, and thrives in a hands-on role.
