Desktop Services Technician / Customer Support

NTT DATA's client is currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician / Customer Support to join their team in Englewood, Colorado (US-CO), United States (US).

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Packing and shipping desktop and laptop PC workstations to remote new users.
• Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices.
• Interact with the customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Windows PC technical experience.
• 1-3 years of solid customer service communications.
• Degree: High School diploma required. Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office tools are a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
