Global Salesforce CTO

NTT DATA is seeking a Global Salesforce CTO who will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of the practice globally. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivery of solutions across the globe
  • Defining the offerings to be taken to the market globally
  • Help drive effective solutioning of deals
  • Working with marketing to proactively drive campaigns
  • Responsible for all the operations related to the practice.
  • Provides direction and guidance for operations, administration, and results for a major department or multiple departments within a function or work area.
  • Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas.
  • Works closely with the respective regions around the globe to develop GTM strategies.
  • Maintains effective client relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers to understand the client’s requirements.
  • Maintains effective partner relationships to drive market positioning and strategic sales
  • Implements tactical and strategic change throughout the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in leading IT Services organizations
  • Minimum 15 years managerial / leadership experience
  • Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Analytics Cloud
  • 7+ years' experience in consulting or IT services industries selling and managing Salesforce Enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with selling and managing Mulesoft solutions in addition to Salesforce, is an advantage
  • Advanced ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ability to work with a global team.
  • Effective manager and a strong leader.
  • Ability to roll up the sleeves and get into details when required.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts through serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business-focused IT solutions to prospects and clients via integration of NTT DATA services, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Advanced ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
