Managerial Role

Role is responsible for providing services to clients, ensuring implementation and operability of their IT infrastructure and systems through coordination of proactive identification and resolution of technical incidents and problems.

Closely collaborates with various teams across the organization to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction and business continuity.

Role ensures fulfillment of all SLA conditions and client satisfaction through support in planning, building and supporting technological solutions.

Focuses on ensuring all levels of support for complex incidents, requirements, events and problems through effective team leadership of engineers and specialists.

Role is focused on leading people, providing mentoring and creating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Main Purpose Of The Role:

• Role is primarily focused on providing services and solutions to our customers in the area of cyber and technical security.
• Leading a team of specialists for the design, implementation and maintenance of security architecture.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation (NIS2, Cyber Law, DORA) and ISO standards.
• Participates in shaping the strategy for the development in the area of technical services and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and development of the team of technical services – recruitment, mentoring, evaluation.
• Design and implementation of security architecture (network infrastructure, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Conducting risk analyses, audits and vulnerability tests.
• Coordination of incident response process.
• Ensuring compliance with NIS2, Cyber Law and DORA.
• Cooperation with IT, legal department and management.
• Contributes to the creation of strategy and manages its implementation to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborates in the creation of standards for client satisfaction and develops policies and procedures.
• Manages initiatives to resolve client issues and ensures quick resolution of complaints and incidents.
• Responsibility for installation, testing and operability of infrastructure at the client.
• Manages the efficiency of processes and capacity of resources to meet SLA.
• Participates in client reviews and provides business advice and technical consultations.
• Fluent Czech/Slovak, communicative knowledge of English.

What Else Should You Have:

• Advanced orientation in the business area and interest in technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of technical services, ITSM and related technologies.
• Ability to follow trends, new technologies and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of IT domains: infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, applications, networks, data centers.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Ability to present technical and complex topics to a diverse audience.
• Analytical skills, multitasking, knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.

Academic Qualifications And Certifications:

• Higher education in the field of IT or Business, master's degree is an advantage.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
• CISSP or similar certification (CISM, CISA).

Required Practice:

• Advanced practice in a similar role in a global technology environment.
• Experience in managing technical teams and SLA.
• Advanced experience in dealing with clients and stakeholder engagement.

Key Kpis:

• Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) for provided technical services.
• Success rate of compliance audits (NIS2, DORA, ISO).
• Average response time to incidents and effectiveness of their resolution.
