Senior Project Manager - Financial Services

NTT DATA is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Financial Services for our growing team in the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project goals, deliverables, and scope in alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs
  • Assembling, leading and motivating project teams, coordinating resources, and providing direction
  • Developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints
  • Creating and adhering to project timelines, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables
  • Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and addressing actual issues as they arise
  • Maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, reporting on progress, gathering feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Implementing quality standards and overseeing the project's deliverables to meet the required quality

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the Financial services industry (ideally: Wealth Management), and a proven ability to manage complex projects
  • 5+ years of experience in leading implementations for clients
  • Very good client facing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills are crucial for team coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with project management software and other industry-specific tools and applications
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changes

Work model:

Hybrid - 3 days/week on client site (central London, near Liverpool Street), 2 days/week remote.
