As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L4) at NTT DATA, your day will be filled with dynamic challenges and opportunities to create impactful solutions. You'll work independently yet collaboratively, managing and resolving escalated technical incidents to ensure our clients' security infrastructure remains operational. Your expertise will be essential in proactively investigating and addressing issues before they escalate, always aiming to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs). You'll play a crucial role in fourth-line support, handling complex incidents and requests that require a high level of technical knowledge. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to enhancing the existing infrastructure using next-gen firewall and zero trust security architecture, providing guidance on architecture and project-related activities. You'll also support project work, delivering effectively to meet client requirements and timelines. Communication and collaboration are key aspects of your role. You'll work closely with various teams and clients to extend support, share knowledge, and ensure that issues are resolved promptly. Acting as an emergency support contact for critical issues, you'll provide timely and consistent updates on tickets and track change implementations to maintain smooth operations. In addition to troubleshooting, you'll be involved in coaching and mentoring L1, L2, and L3 teams, sharing your technical expertise to help them grow. Quality audits, change management, and working on disaster recovery functions and tests will also be part of your responsibilities. Leveraging your experience, you'll identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to optimize our processes.
