Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a passion for SAP and customer focus in your DNA? What You Will Do

As an SAP Service Delivery Manager, you are the main point of contact for your customers. You ensure that service delivery runs smoothly, appointments are kept, and customers are truly satisfied. You know exactly what is happening, act quickly, and think ahead. Together with an international team of Managed Services consultants, you monitor quality, solve bottlenecks, and identify opportunities to further improve service delivery.

Specifically, this means:

• You are the fixed sparring partner for your customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
• You monitor SLAs, analyze performance, and take action where necessary.
• You see commercial opportunities and think proactively about improvements or expansions.
• You guide service transitions and ensure new customers come on board smoothly.
• You handle escalations quickly, professionally, and solution-oriented.
• You lead smaller projects and continuously work on improving processes and service quality.

What You Bring

• A completed higher professional education or vocational education.
• Several years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role within IT or SAP environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Managed Services, application management, outsourcing, ITIL, and SLA management.
• Experience with customer relationships at strategic and operational levels.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude – you keep an overview, take responsibility, and know how to switch between customer, team, and technology.
• A natural connector with an eye for quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
