In close cooperation with the Bid Team and Management Consulting, you will accompany complex sales opportunities and tenders and orchestrate comprehensive and holistic ERP offers.
You create business cases and customer proposals together with the team to show concrete advantages for the customer and accompany the presales phase until the conclusion. In the post-sales, you can develop the customer and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities, providing significant added value as a trusted advisor.
You independently support our customers and conduct sales and support conversations by phone, MS Teams, and on-site. You also hold sales presentations for customers with connected partners.
You develop sales strategies together with the team and identify new sales opportunities across the entire portfolio. Your comprehensive industry knowledge is used to continuously expand market and customer potentials.
You maintain the CRM system and track opportunities. You process customer inquiries and leads for existing and new customers so that your pipeline grows in the long term.
You support demand management and marketing campaigns for optimal industry and market processing and participate in partner and customer events.
You already have several years of professional experience as a Senior Sales Manager for key accounts and large customers and can show cloud and project successes. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP products and solution business is a prerequisite.
Furthermore, you have a business background, business informatics with a commercial degree or university degree.
Your passion is sales and the development of need-based SAP, ERP, and cloud solutions. Dealing with C-level customers is familiar to you and the SAP ecosystem and the SAP partner landscape are not new to you.
You are an open, communicative, and profitable personality. You are characterized by initiative, creativity, perseverance, and a high degree of flexibility.
You have the necessary, customer-oriented high "drive" and possess excellent manners and an eloquent appearance.
A proficient use of MS Office products and negotiation skills in German and English complete your profile.
Travel readiness with a main focus in the German-speaking part of Switzerland is required.
