We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

The Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Teams Environment. In addition, also has good understanding of MS O365 and SharePoint.

• Expert knowledge on Microsoft Teams.
• Additional knowledge and skillset on Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365
• Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
• Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint & OneDrive
• Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks
• Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
• Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging environment
• Working knowledge on different versions of Exchange
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management & archiving solutions

Degree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
