As Manager Managed Cloud Services, you give direction, energy, and focus to a team of 25-30 SAP professionals in the field of Application Managed Support and Managed Cloud Services. You are the driving force behind turning vision into results and ensure that business-critical SAP applications and services continuously perform and continue to grow. You are a trusted sparring partner for both new and existing customers, but also for the global managed services team and a catalyst for change. You report directly to the Managing Director.
What You Will Do
This role requires a combination of strategic insight and operational guidance:
- Inspire, connect, and guide the AMS and Managed Cloud Services team to realize the strategic course and execution.
- Develop a powerful team where collaboration, communication, and growth are central and that responds flexibly to the latest developments.
- Formulate and implement future-oriented strategies for managed services and optimization.
- Service Transition and Optimization: Leading the transition of AMS services, including knowledge transfer, KPI management, and integration with run operations.
- Proactive monitoring and preventive actions: SAP engineers take measures before problems arise, requiring a proactive mindset.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and acting as a reliable strategic discussion partner for customers and partners.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities and build sustainable, strategic partnerships, with an eye for both the technical landscape and management direction towards customers.
- Report to senior management on progress, results, and strategic insights that add value to AMS and Managed Cloud Services activities.

What You Bring To The Table
- Education & knowledge: a completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience in a similar environment for a minimum of 10 years and knowledge of SAP.
- Leadership experience: a proven track record, in a managerial role within AMS, Managed Services, or a similar environment.
- Strategic strength: you are a partner at a high level, with vision and the drive to turn plans into action.
- Technical background: knowledge of SAP, application management, ITIL processes, service management, and managed services.
- Execution power: you combine strategic thinking with the ability to achieve results.
- Communication: strong communicative and interpersonal skills that allow you to easily switch at all levels.
- Problem-solving ability: you have a proactive attitude and know how to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch and English.
