Are you ready for an exciting IT support role based in Greenland? NTT DATA Business Solutions is looking for a new colleague to join our team in a full-time position located at Royal Greenland's office in either Nuuk.
You will be employed through NTT DATA Business Solutions – an international and fast-growing IT company with more than 5,500 customers worldwide. In the Nordic region, we are approximately 550 engaged colleagues working across borders to deliver innovative and reliable IT solutions.
You'll be part of the Service Desk team supporting Royal Greenland – one of our key customers in Greenland. Please note that housing is not provided with this position.
Your responsibilities include:

Has at least 3 years of experience in IT support
Is experienced with Microsoft OS – especially Windows 10/11 (Windows Server knowledge is a plus)
Knows the Office suite (O365), antivirus tools, and iOS/Android systems
Communicates fluently in Greenlandic and Danish – English is an advantage
Is service-minded, reliable, and flexible
Keeps calm and focused under pressure
Shares knowledge openly with colleagues
Understands the importance of being the face and voice of the Service Desk
Is willing to travel to Royal Greenland locations across Greenland
