In this role you will be responsible for: • Reading and understanding the process documents provided by the customer. • Performing various basic tasks such as mail, file services, reporting, project support, and general account support activities. • Analyzing the insurance request received from the customer and processing as per standard operating procedures. • Familiarizing, navigating multiple client applications and capturing the necessary information to process customer request. • Providing basic-level support on programs, projects, reporting, filing (electronic and hard-copy), confidential materials handling, and issue resolution. • Scope of work is routine and decision making is tightly defined by outsourced activity agreement or manager's direction.
Requirements for this role include: • Candidate should be fresher with excellent analytical skills. • It would be helpful if the candidate has basic insurance knowledge. • Should have typing knowledge. • Type speed should be minimum 21 WPM. • Ready to work in complete night shift. • Candidate should be flexible and support the team during crisis periods. • Ready to relocate as per the business requirement.
Preferred schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (6.00 PM to 4.00 AM IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends based on business requirements.
