Job Title
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reading and understanding the process documents provided by the customer.
- Analyzing the insurance request received from the customer and processing as per standard operating procedures.
- Staying up to date on new policies, processes, and procedures impacting the
- Familiarizing, navigating multiple client applications, and capturing the necessary information to process customer requests.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
- Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.
Requirements for this role include:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Good analytical skills.
- Basic insurance knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed with a minimum of 21 WPM.
- Ready to work in a complete night shift.
- Flexible and able to adapt to situations.
- Extend support to the team during crisis periods.
- Ready to relocate as per business requirements.
- Confident, aggressive, and result-oriented.
Preferences:
- Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
- Any graduate with English as a compulsory subject.
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends based on business requirements.
