We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).

Responsibilities include:

• Attending to all calls where first level support could not resolve remotely.
• Solving operational problems of applications installed in desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
• Installing, maintaining, and optimizing desktops and notebooks installed at client sites (Rollout).
• Performing diagnostics and resolving performance issues of equipment.
• Performing maintenance and repair services (when necessary).
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by advising clients on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect equipment performance.
• Instructing clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Supporting the elaboration of technical documents for problem resolution.
• Following service procedures, checklists, and service scripts.
• Adhering to established internal norms and policies.
• Supporting less experienced technicians in their activities.
• Attending to VIP users.
• Applying specialized knowledge in hardware and software support technologies.
• Understanding how your work affects results for your area.
• Demonstrating knowledge of internal operations and developing relationships to facilitate workflow.
