We are currently seeking an AI Implementation Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

NTTDATA is looking for an AI Implementation Lead who will be responsible for driving various AI adoption activities. Below is an R&R and skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify high-impact use cases for automation, particularly for GenAI.
• Change Management & Enablement: Drive adoption by training employees, creating playbooks, and facilitating workshops. Address resistance to technology and foster a culture of AI literacy.
• ROI, Metrics, and Reporting: Define, track, and report on key success metrics (KPIs) such as usage rates, time savings, and cost efficiency.
• Operational Leadership: Manage the AI adoption team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Sales, IT).
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI tools and processes adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage the AI tech stack, ensuring tools remain modern and efficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5-15+ years in enterprise technology, transformation, or consulting roles.
• Knowledge: Devin AI / Cursor AI / Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, and data analytics.
• Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business users.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional, complex initiatives.

• Speed of adoption from pilot to production.
