We are currently seeking an Account Service Operations Sr Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Managing incidents and requests per ITIL. Providing L1/L2 support and managing tickets end to end. Reports and data analysis. Communication on emails, calls, tickets.
