Service Delivery Team Member

Our new colleague will strengthen the Service Development team within the Service Delivery business area with the following tasks: the main focus of the position is to support proposal processes in manufacturer online systems, as well as to compile support service proposals based on templates and customer requirements.

Part of the job includes administrative support for the renewal of existing customer contracts and the maintenance of internal proposal templates. The tasks require close collaboration with the commercial, financial, and professional teams. The work will be conducted in both Hungarian and English in an IT service environment.

Main Tasks

• Compile configurations and proposals in manufacturer online systems.
• Compile support service proposals based on templates, previous proposals, and customer requirements in both Hungarian and English.
• Provide administrative support for the renewal process of existing customer contracts.
• Participate in the development of proposal processes and maintain templates.

Collaboration

• Close collaboration with the commercial team, representatives of professional business areas, financial colleagues, and the BID team.
• Coordinate information, align proposals, and support internal processes with the relevant areas.

Requirements

• Commercial mindset, precision, and affinity for administrative tasks.
• Confident English language skills (for proposal writing).
• Basic IT or network knowledge.
• Experience in proposal writing or customer support.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
