Il/La Networking Managed Services Engineer entrerà a far parte del team dei Servizi Gestiti il cui obiettivo principale è di assicurare ai clienti una gestione competente e di qualità della loro infrastruttura IT. La persona lavorerà principalmente per un' importante cliente operante nel settore farmaceutico e sarà coinvoltà in attività di configurazione, gestione e troubleshooting della rete del cliente, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. Il ruolo si occuperà di garantire l'affidabilità, la sicurezza e le prestazioni ottimali della rete, collaborando con team tecnici e fornitori esterni.

Principal Responsibilities Of The Networking Managed Services Engineer Will Be:

• Configuration and management of Cisco devices: configuration of switches (access, trunk, uplink, ACL, routing) and authentication TACACS+ and RADIUS.
• Troubleshooting and operational support: diagnosis and resolution of wired and wireless issues.
• RMA management and vendor relations: opening and managing RMA tickets, technical support with the vendor, validation fix and final tests.
• Collaboration and support to Italian and international project teams.
• Update and maintenance of technical network documentation and new projects.

Technical Requirements/Certifications:

• Consolidated experience in the Cisco networking field (routing, switching, wireless).
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACL, QoS).
• Knowledge of authentication and access control systems (TACACS+, RADIUS).
• Good knowledge of analysis tools (Wireshark, NetFlow).
• Ability to draft technical documentation (Visio, Draw.io).
• Nice to have: experience/skill base on Palo Alto firewall.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• Good communication skills and time management.
• Proactivity and result orientation.
