Estamos en la búsqueda de un Analista Mesa de servicios who will have the mission to provide efficient and user-centered technological support, managing tickets proactively, escalating critical incidents and communicating transparently. The objective is to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Recepción, registro y seguimiento de incidentes y requerimientos.
  • Escalamiento oportuno a niveles superiores cuando corresponda.
  • Comunicación constante con usuarios sobre el estado de sus solicitudes.
  • Documentación de soluciones y procedimientos.
  • Participación en reuniones de equipo y mejora continua del servicio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación técnica o profesional in areas of informatics, telecommunications or related fields, with knowledge of ITIL.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles (Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support).
  • Knowledge in Windows operating systems and office tools.
  • Desirable handling of ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, GLPI, Remedy, Jira).
  • Intermediate or higher English (oral and written) desirable for user support or technical documentation.
  • Availability to work in shifts 24/7
