A Day in the Life
As a Client Services Supervisor, you will play an important part in providing direction to the Client Services team by ensuring all functions related to the processing of orders and receipts through the facilities meet client expectations. You'll be working with some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.
The following schedule is available for this role:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Starting Pay: $67,500 - $84,250 Annually
Location: 16609 Slover Avenue, Fontana CA 92337

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency to learn internal and external software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
- Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency, and safety
- Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
- Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
The Must Haves:
- Must have 2+ years' experience in a logistics environment as a customer service representative, 3PL a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to sitting for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. when stepping into the warehouse
Things You Will be Doing
- Ensures the training and development of team members
- Communicates, monitors, and drives goals and performance metrics to meet client SLA's
- Communicates expectations and provides regular feedback on performance
- Acts as the liaison between the clients and NRI operations by communicating and monitoring client priorities and escalations
- Manages client relationships by effectively handling all client interactions, including higher level troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other departments
- Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
