- Lead the engineering efforts to design, develop, and deploy advanced machinery and supporting hardware + software systems for direct air capture technology
- Manage R&D efforts to refine and optimize DAC machinery and cross-functional systems for better efficiency, capacity, and affordability
- Build and nurture a high-performing engineering and data systems organization
- Implement stringent design review processes for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring comprehensive evaluation, validation, and integration
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in direct air capture technology and related fields to integrate them into Noya's engineering efforts

- Experienced in designing and developing industrial machinery and equipment involving mechanical, electrical, firmware, and controls engineering domains
- Skilled in scaling complex technological systems from concept to sustaining engineering, with a focus on direct air capture technology
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and lead a high-performing engineering and data systems organization
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail, resource allocation, and prioritization
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required
