- Responsible for creating and maintaining interactive dashboards displaying relevant operational insights for the team

- Support Account Executives with administrative tasks such as contracts and fiscal documents, ensuring smooth sales operations
- Analyze internal data to develop strategies and internal improvement projects, executing projects and coordinating stakeholders
- Develop and implement contingency plans for potential project challenges, document post-project processes, and provide direct support to sales leaders

- Strong analytical thinker with experience in Python, SQL, and Excel, capable of extracting and interpreting complex data to drive strategic decisions
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to create and maintain interactive dashboards for operational insights
- Experience in supporting sales teams with administrative tasks and market reports, demonstrating a proactive and supportive approach
- Ability to develop and implement contingency plans and post-project documentation, ensuring smooth project execution and completion
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of providing direct support to sales leaders and executives
