The European Animal and Plant Biosolutions Tech team consist of 13 people which are supporting a Sales team consists of 35 members, spread across the continent. To support the successful implementation of our business goals, you will collaborate closely with European and Global teams, including sales, marketing. You will report to the Head of Technical Service Europe. We prefer the role to be based in Poland, and we are very flexible on location. Your home office should have good connectivity to a European airport.

In this role, you'll contribute by:

• Supporting with technical expertise the development of our animal monogastric enzyme business in selected countries of Eastern and Central Europe. Portfolio might expand in the near future to Direct Feed Microbials
• Assisting in mapping and prioritizing opportunities across the region
• Helping to implement our commercial development strategy through product technical support and exclusive range of service deployment
• Building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and University
• Representing Novonesis® at selected events, trade shows, and conferences

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with commercial team, to provide technical assistance to direct customers and prospects on how to best use Novonesis enzymes in feed formulation for Poultry and Swine (formulation, reformulation, least cost feed formulation)
• Visit account and leads for relevant activities including education, training, and interpretation of research to continually improve knowledge about the benefits of Novonesis enzyme portfolio.
• Promote Novonesis range of services for Enzyme at the customer level with the purpose to reach a solid implementation of our offer
• Be in contact with the relevant CRO in the country lead the development and implementation of trial protocols, monitor Novonesis research studies, provide reports to the regional and global Technical Teams
• Align initiatives with the regional technical team to leverage synergies and France sales team to meet the overall sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, marketing on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to expand/enhance our brand portfolio and recognition.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key pigs and poultry stakeholders and KOLs in the Central-Eastern Europe animal health and feed industry.
• Survey and provide feedback about competition, movements and strategies including prices, local advertisement and services in in the Central- Eastern Europe.

Requirements:

• Expert in Monogastric Nutrition and Formulation
• High technical skills with commercial understanding of customer needs
• Having a successful track record in solution selling of additives for animal nutrition and health
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills – able to build trust and credibility internally and externally
• Master's in animal science or veterinary medicine with an extensive knowledge of poultry and swine nutrition
• Expertise on Monogastric use of enzyme in diet formulation
• 7-10 years of business experience in the feed industry sector
• High level of English, Russian and Polish represent an additional value

The position can be home office based in Poland or at one of our locations in Poland. Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time within the area and occasional travels to Denmark and EU may be required.
