Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise to the Novonesis in APAC, including education, training, and interpretation of research
  • Support the sales team in growing and maintaining business by executing the selling process effectively
  • Position key Novonesis products with nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed companies to increase recommendations of branded solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry and swine nutritionists, veterinarians, academic thought leaders, and other key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with the Animal Biosolutions APAC team and the Japan Team on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of research protocols at universities or contract research facilities
  • Contribute to the development and review of technical and sales materials
  • Participate in relevant professional trade associations and committees
  • Create and deliver scientific presentations and support company positioning in the market

Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Science (e.g., DVM)
  • Up to 10 years of experience in the animal production market, ideally within swine and/or poultry
  • Solid experience in swine production, technical services, and feed additives business development
  • Extensive knowledge of swine and poultry nutrition, production, or veterinary medicine
  • Strong technical expertise and a well-established industry network
  • A proactive, energetic mindset with the ability to set ambitious targets and lead by example
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both internally and externally
