Our department Produkt Management & Process Optimization consists of a department head, three team leaders, specialists, scientists, technicians, and a student intern with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Our tasks are varied and range from product analysis to product development and supporting our customers with technical questions. We work customer-centric with the goal of maximum customer satisfaction. Main tasks:

• Support in answering technical customer inquiries
• Communication with other departments for the proper handling of customer inquiries
• Updating databases
• Short-term support for various tasks

Important stakeholders:

• Internal collaboration via emails, phone calls, and meetings with the Quality Assurance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and CMOs departments
• Communication via email with external customers, occasional participation in online meetings

Expected education path and professional experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field (nutrition and food sciences, microbiology, pharmacy, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel at a high level) and a preference for working with SharePoint
• Skilled in data management
• Good communication skills
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Diligence, teamwork, good and open communication
