In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Responsible for developing new customers of fertilizer, pesticide, seed/seedling, grower and distributors by implementing industry go-to-market strategy
  • Develop multi-layer sales relationships within the accounts, and to organize / execute key decision maker engagement
  • Orchestrate the relationship between account / distributors and NVS with energy, passion and perseverance
  • Identify business opportunities and build sales pipeline
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to mid/long-term growth ambitions
  • Work closely with marketing and TS and RA on new product roadmap and launch in China

To succeed you must hold:

  • Master above degree in Agriculture and Plant
  • 10 years + in Agriculture industry, 8 years + sales experiences in pesticide or fertilizer companies
  • Industry experience in Chemicals and/or Biosolutions (preferred), in areas like bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, and bio-pesticides.
  • Soundtrack record of new customer acquisition and sales growth in a new areas/products
  • Existing great connections with industry value chain players: fertilizer, pesticide, seed/seedling companies, distributors and major growers
  • Good relationship with KDMs (key decision makers) in the above listed customers
  • Fluent English of writing and communication
  • Result driven and self-motivated
  • Superior communication skills, proactive, business mindset and customer-oriented
