Welcome to the Facility Services team…

The Facility Services team is part of Facility Services Europe with approx. 75 very professional and engaged colleagues operating in 8 different locations in Denmark delivering all kinds of services within both hard and soft FM.

Develop and share communication content, e.g., news posts, emails, posters and support project and service improvement communications.
  • Serve as the liaison between Facility Services and Global Internal/Leadership Communication. Guide project and service managers on communication and change management while ensuring alignment with the corporate tone and brand.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Relevant academic background, e.g. a Master or Bachelor's degree within communication, project management, business administration or a related field. Equivalent experience can also qualify.

  • Solid experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, including follow-up on deliverables and reporting.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for project execution and communication, e.g. SharePoint, MS Project, Teams, BioHub, intranet platforms.
