In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Responsible for fermentation/recovery production process and equipment to ensure smooth production and stable delivery to customers.
• Capable of optimizing fermentation/recovery technology for more cost efficiency and sustainability and cooperate with local production team and global optimization network.
• Responsible for product BOM (bill of material) budget, yield and optimization variance budget.
• Close follow up production process, provide technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
• Cooperate with global and local functions to ensure successful product introduction and site shift.
• Capable of identifying process/equipment constraints and come up with technical solutions and play as the user manager for Capex project assigned by management team.

To succeed you must hold:

• Master or PhD in fermentation, bioengineering, biotechnology, or other related science.
• 2+ years proven experience in relative area is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Be a good team player and quick learner.
• Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
