Our broader team, Digital Solutions & Development, delivers and supports reliable digital solutions while providing the technical foundation and consulting needed to help stakeholders efficiently, securely, and effortlessly build and manage digital applications.

• The internal NovonesisGPT, enabling our colleagues to use OpenAI models in a safe and compliant way
• eCommerce platform and customer portal, providing a one-stop shop for our customers for purchasing and servicing
• Internal and customer-facing calculators, helping customers optimize the use of our products
• Solutions for production sites, ensuring yield control and operational efficiency
• An AI-powered image generation tool, allowing customers to produce an image inspired by the sensation of tasting one of our samples

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Designing, building, and maintaining our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) on AWS & Kubernetes (EKS)
• Onboarding new product teams and supporting existing users with platform usage, deployment workflows, and incident response
• Maintaining GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Automating platform provisioning, service templates, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce cognitive load on developers
• Staying current with CNCF trends, evaluating and introducing tech to improve our platform
• Partnering with security, frontend, and backend teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery practices
• Continuously improving platform observability, reliability, and cost-efficiency

To succeed, you must:

• Have deep experience with AWS, EKS, and Terraform
• Have hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Have a proven track record in building and operating platform tooling used by other engineering teams
• Have strong communication and documentation skills—you know how to support developers and simplify complex systems
