We are looking for a Global Marketing Associate, Baking at Novonesis. Welcome to Baking, Food & Beverages. At Novonesis, we have an attractive position open offering an ambitious and high-performing young professional a chance to be part of a team responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy for our Baking business. Key responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Global Marketing Team while also being an integral part of the Product Management Team. The Product Management Team is responsible for overseeing the product portfolio and is evaluated based on its performance, including profitability, quality, supply, and overall development. This position offers exposure to a wide range of marketing capabilities, such as product portfolio management and pricing strategies. You will take ownership of the following key responsibilities:
- Serve as the commercial voice within the Product Management Team alongside the Product Manager, contributing to strategic projects and shaping the product portfolio strategy.
- Manage and execute operational commercial tasks while driving selected technical projects and initiatives in collaboration with regional commercial stakeholders.
- Conduct pricing analyses to establish price points for new product launches, ensure pricing alignment across the portfolio, and evaluate customer-specific price points for approval.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable business insights that support data-driven decision-making, while preparing internal reports and delivering impactful customer presentations.
To succeed, the following qualifications are required:
- 1-3 years of work experience. It will be an advantage if within product management tasks.
- M.Sc. within the field of Business, Finance, Marketing, Management Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Be analytical, and have a structured approach to problem-solving, while having a sharp eye for detail. Talented for transforming complex data into actionable insights, and developing effective communication material tailored for various stakeholders, including customers and management.
- Strong communication skills, written and orally, and ability to bring different functional perspectives into discussion.
- Thrive with operational tasks, while developing project management skills in a complex organization.
- Have commercial drive with strategic thinking, innovative and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds.
- Be proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
- Be a great team player.
- Passionate about the baking industry and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, demonstrate advanced expertise in utilizing the MS Office package, with a particular emphasis on Excel; strong command of formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
