In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Handling customer order fulfillment process (Order to cash) in Japan and ensuring compliance with QMS and SOPs for daily operation.
  • Customer service complaint handling in Salesforce and root cause analysis and follow up.
  • Understanding and ensuring achieving relevant KPIs and taking improvement actions if any deviation happens (Instant order confirmation, SOD/DOT, customer service complaint etc..).
  • Promoting Novozymes market usage and taking necessary action for trouble shooting. Continuously improving digital order rate.
  • Import/export management and timely shipping documents handling.
  • Good inventory control in collaboration with global planning team with good understanding of batch UD/classification and shelf life, reapproval.
  • Timely goods receipt and post goods issue, return and scrap based on 3PL report and keep accurate inventory per product and batch level.
  • Building good relationship with customers and handling other queries to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting global/local projects and aligning with Supply Chain goals and roadmap.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in international trade, logistics, business or other relevant education background.
  • At least 3 years work experience in customer service, import/export, or other supply chain functions, especially on business in Japan.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English for both writing and oral skills.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 SD, Salesforce, MS office and E-commerce.
  • Good communication and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus.
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy and compliance.
  • Self-motivation and continuous improvement mindset under pressure.
  • Strong team spirit.
