In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Acting as the external interface to receive customer orders and inquiries.
  • Checking stock and payment status (including credit), entering and validating orders in SAP.
  • Confirming orders and following up until customer sign-off.
  • Focusing on improving SCO service level within defined industrial CSR scope.
  • Supporting the commercial team in building customer relationships and handling complaints.
  • Participating in and supporting new projects related to supply chain and business operations.
  • Supporting system-related issues, such as SAP, Salesforce, and digital order platforms.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics/supply chain.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
