Join us as our new Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator. We are looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service & Logistics team located at our production and distribution facilities in Avedøre.

The Customer Service & Logistics team is responsible for all aspects of order handling, to all corners of the world, from order receipt to shipment of goods – generally referred to as the Order-To-Invoice process. We work directly with internal/external customers and distributors. We coordinate shipments with our warehouse functions and chosen forwarders.

A challenging position in a department where the work environment and dedicated colleagues are key. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, Novonesis offers great opportunities for professional as well as personal development.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Receiving and validating orders
  • Coordinating the internal order handling based on procedures and order handling in SAP
  • Communicating with customers – both internal and external
  • Preparing export documents
  • Booking transport with preferred forwarders
  • Managing complete order handling and preparing invoicing
  • Contributing to relevant projects within the logistics area

To succeed you must:

  • Bring a background in freight forwarding
  • Demonstrate strong skills in SAP
  • Master both Danish and English
  • Contribute as a team player, driven by motivation and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Apply a structured approach to busy workdays
