Sales Support Executive

The Sales Support Executive will support the sales team through effective MIS management, sales tracking, reporting, and internal coordination. This role will be responsible for backend sales support, monthly dashboards, report extraction, and close coordination with logistics and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business execution.

The incumbent will also support the Sales Head with strategic reporting, analytics, and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update sales MIS and trackers
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze sales reports
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for Sales Head.
  • Support the sales team with data management and business tracking
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, supply chain, customer service, and other functions
  • Track order status, dispatches, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visibility of sales-related data
  • Provide backend operational support for effective sales execution
  • Generate actionable insights using Power BI & Excel.
  • Super user of Power BI and Sales Force
  • Handle multiple commercial and operational projects as assigned by Sales Head (Strategic & Ad-Hoc Assignments)
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel / reporting tools
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage data with accuracy and discipline
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Operations.
  • Experience in sales operations and support profile in Pharma, Nutraceutical industry
  • Strong SAP, Salesforce, Power BI exposure is desired.
  • High follow-up discipline and execution mindset.
  • Comfortable handling multiple parallel priorities.
