Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring standardization of processes and approaches across sites within the network.
• Managing strategic projects, including global initiatives, and acting as the Quality representative in key programs.
• Facilitating and collaborating with the executive Quality Lead Team to develop and execute mid- to long-term strategic plans aligned with site and business objectives.
• Supporting regulatory strategies to enable timely site ramp-up and compliance.
• Driving OpEx improvement projects and ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
• Identifying, analyzing, and enhancing QA/QC operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Actively supporting talent development and promoting knowledge exchange across the organization.
• Taking responsibility for personal and professional growth, and contributing to objectives and KPIs as defined.

Essential requirements:

• University degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, microbiology, or an equivalent natural or engineering science discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production, development, or quality within a regulated environment.
• Functional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for daily operations.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and quality standards effectively.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving process improvements.
