Territory Account Manager (Regional Market Access Manager)

Location: RF, Yekaterinburg

We are currently seeking a Territory Account Manager (Regional Market Access Manager).

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the execution of a plan of activities aimed at creating favorable conditions for increasing the availability of Company Products in the Assigned territory.
  • Determining the strategy for accessing Company Products in the market by synchronizing with the development strategy of the healthcare subject of the Russian Federation and the Company's business strategy.
  • Conducting an analysis of the activities of other pharmaceutical companies in the Assigned territory based on data from open sources. Determining market shares, the presence of company and competitor products at auctions, purchase plans, availability in the lists of the Territorial Program of State Guarantees, the presence of innovative models of drug provision implemented in the market.
  • Analyzing existing activities in all therapeutic areas in regional government programs for the development of healthcare (deadlines, goals, objectives, target indicators); developing proposals for the implementation of new activities/subprograms, including those aimed at increasing the availability of Company Products. Suggesting forms of cooperation aimed at implementing activities defined in government programs for the development of healthcare.
  • Preparing and providing dossiers for submission to health authorities on Company Products, including adapting clinical and pharmacoeconomic justifications for Company Products for inclusion of Company Products in regional preferential lists (regional stationary list, regional outpatient list, formulary of medical and preventive institutions), as well as for individual provision of Company Products to patients based on the conclusions of clinical expert commissions.
  • Preparing proposals and necessary documentation and conducting negotiations with heads of relevant medical organizations, relevant main freelance specialists, and health authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation on the issue of increasing the availability of Company Products for patients, including through the implementation of innovative models of drug provision.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key healthcare specialists who are leading experts in their field, in the field of exchange of scientific, scientific-practical, and scientific-applied knowledge in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

You are an excellent candidate for this role if you have:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in the role of regional market access manager, regional manager, or similar roles with functional responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competitive environment, government structures, and decision-making levels.
  • Higher education: preferably medical, pharmaceutical, or biological. Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics, economics, experience in implementing government programs in the field of healthcare.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with a large amount of information, decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
