Sales Representative In Immunology, Rheumatology

We are looking for talents interested in working as a Sales Representative in Immunology, with a focus on Rheumatology, leading a strategic and challenging territory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the territory, engaging qualified healthcare professionals, generating ethical demand, and actively collaborating with cross-functional teams, always in compliance with Novartis' Values, Behaviors, and Code of Ethics.

Location: Belém (PA)
Coverage: Pará, Amazonas, Amapá, and Maranhão

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the territory with a focus on performance, medical engagement, and patient impact.
  • Personalize and orchestrate engagement journeys with HCPs, using an omnichannel approach and approved content.
  • Build sustainable and long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze data and insights to plan, prioritize, and adjust account and territory strategies.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Access), supporting strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate ethically and compliantly in creating solutions that meet unmet needs of clients and patients.
  • Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and technical complaints within the regulatory timeframe.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector.
  • Experience as a Sales Representative in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare system (public and private).
  • Availability for frequent travel in the Northern Region.
  • Mandatory base in Belém (PA).

  • Experience as a Sales Representative in high-cost specialties and therapies.
  • Experience in Immunology/Rheumatology.
